We wholeheartedly understand the frustration with the lack of updates on the properties located at 17-25-33 Dyke Rd over the years. As of August 2025, a change to the properties ownership was made. We, like you, are looking forward to the revitalization of the entry way to Brant Rock

End Goal: Two-story, mixed-use building with Sand & Water seasonal retail store below and owner-occupied residence above.

End Goal: Multiple retail + service use building with a small restaurant/tap room + a seasonal retail shop.

30 ft trailer was removed.

A new rubber roof was installed.

25 Dyke Road - Tenants

Modest Roots Brewing South leased Unit 1. Sand & Water will remain in Unit 2 until 33 Dyke Rd is remodeled.

Ownership

Property ownership changed from Dennis Crowley to the Crowley Family Irrevocable Trust. Trustee Sarah Crowley will be coordinating all repairs and updates to the properties.
