Shipping policy

PREORDER ITEMS: Please check item description for pickup details and shipping information. Your items will be ready based on those dates.

SHIPPING: Please allow 3-30 business days for your custom items to be handmade and then shipped. Items will be mailed in the order they were received. 

POLICY: As a small business, we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit once it leaves our shop. Please contact us if your items do not arrive according to our carriers' tracking. We will do our best to help locate your custom item! USPS and UPS are our preferred carriers.
