When complete, we will print your design on the t-shirt brand of your choosing.

**Artwork sent to Sand & Water, LLC must be sent by the owner or licensee of the artwork submitted. Please see disclaimer below**

Artwork Requirements:

• We accept the following artwork files: PDF, Ai, JPG, PNG
  
• PNG & JPG files must be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
• Send your artwork in the exact size you want it to print with a maximum size of 9x12"
• Your one color artwork is printed using ink within a stock color palette. Please choose the ink color that best matches your artwork. We do not color match one color logos.
• All lines need to be a minimum weight of 1 pt and all negative spaces need to be a minimum thickness equivalent to 2 pts.

• Typical Design Sizes:

  FRONT POCKET DESIGNS should be approximately 3.5x3.5 up to 4"

  CHEST DESIGNS vary but should be from 5x9 up to 9x12"

  BACK DESIGNS should be approximately 9x12"

***If your file is not print ready, just let us know! We can redraw and/or resize your artwork to ensure it is print ready. Artwork fees for these services start at $25. A quote will be given to you after we receive your artwork***

• Pitch Black Mist is 60/40 cotton/polyester and 4.6 oz.

• Unisex, Retail Fit (*men may want to size up)

• Garment Dyed

Washing Instructions:

MACHINE WASH COLD, INSIDE OUT & HANG DRY. Designs will last the life of the shirt, if properly cared for.

Important! All prices shown are bulk preferred payment method prices (Cash/Local Check/Zelle). A 60% deposit is due before your order will be put into production. A mockup will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for errors on your part once your shirts are in production.

We currently only offer store pickup for bulk order custom shirts: 25 Dyke Rd, Marshfield, MA 02050

Please allow 5-10 business days for your PRINT READY design to be made. *Production time is largely dependent on outside factors from our shipping partners and therefore is only an estimated timeframe. As a result, we cannot guarantee production times nor accommodate rush orders at this time. Please allow extra time for your custom shirts to be made.

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Sand & Water, LLC, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights to the Intellectual Property, and that the submitted Intellectual Property is free and clear of infringement or any legal restriction.

Sand & Water accepts no liability for any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Intellectual Property. Nor does Sand & Water have any obligation to verify whether you have legal rights in the Intellectual Property since Sand & Water is relying on your representations. 

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Sand & Water, you agree, at your sole expense, to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Sand & Water, against any claim or lawsuit alleging that any of the Intellectual Property submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by you to Sand & Water infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, other Intellectual Property, or otherwise violates applicable law or constitutes an infringement, that the Intellectual Property is being wrongfully used, or that you violated any of the above representations. You will also pay all damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by or levied against Sand & Water as a result of any such claim or lawsuit. Sand & Water reserves the right to defend any action brought against it in connection with your alleged infringement, misuse, and breach of representations concerning the Intellectual Property; however, you agree to be responsible for Sand & Water’s damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred defending such claim or lawsuit.
